I’m Mick Spencer, and I suffered with back pain for almost 10 years – on and off. The doctors, chiropractors, consultants and specialists I saw over that time managed to help me get on top of my problems and start to deal with improving my back troubles.
It wasn’t easy, and took a lot of appointments and visits to the hospital, but we got there in the end.
One of the best treatments I found was exercise. Admittedly it wasn’t easy to get started, but once I got into the routine, I started to enjoy it – and it really improved my condition and helped me start enjoying life again. I’ll be sharing some of my favourite exercises on this blog, so stay posted.
My intention, and hope, with my blog is to share some of my experiences, and hopefully help you deal with and maybe even overcome your back pain.
I’m based in the UK, but back pain is pretty international, and so are the ways to deal with it.
